The two-story building in the heart of Fishtown was formerly a corner store downstairs with an apartment above. Renovations upstairs removed interior partitions to create an open floor plan and loft experience. A total gut renovation downstairs added the square footage of a finished basement with a master bedroom suite.  A striking mural stretching the entire Belgrade St façade gives depth to the building’s stark, boxy massing.
