A three-story brick warehouse that had formerly housed a textile factory stood in disrepair as a remnant of the area’s industrial past.  A design/build team collaborated on a full, architecture-forward renovation to adapt the compromised building into eight loft style apartments. Unit interiors are expansive with open layouts, exposed brick and reclaimed wood ceilings.  The skewed metal cladding represents an inventive, dynamic response to structural issues discovered during interior demolition.
