The Brothers Emerick

An ambitious and inspired renovation of two existing two story brick townhomes in the heart of Fishtown. Total redesign and renovation included the addition of a third floor, pilot house and roof deck with unmatched views of the city.  Design both inside and out was informed by the traits of two fictionalized brothers; one a sailor and the other an astronomer. Exploring their distinctive characteristics guided interior layouts as well as fixture and material selections, resulting in two unique homes – each with their own identity, personality and flow.
