The Shipyard

A vibrant community of five new-construction townhomes in an up-and-coming section of Philadelphia. Each has 3 beds, 3 baths, private rear yards, off-street parking and roof decks with expansive city views. The design-forward project drew inspiration from Port Richmond’s deep connection to the riverfront and its long history of ship building there. In collaboration with local builders Paiz Construction, we marketed the homes pre-construction and managed buyers through a unit customization process, offering custom builder upgrade packages.
